Flatter, Inc. is honored to launch The Department of the Air Force’s “Coaching Culture Facilitator's Course”

Flatter, Inc. is excited to announce the launch of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) “Coaching Culture Facilitator’s Course” (CCFC) beginning19 April 2021. This program, focused on GS-11 supervisors, O-3s, and E-7s, will produce certified leadership coaches. Moreover, the program will also graduate and equip those same personnel with the ability to expand the DAF’s “Coaching Culture” across the total force – to include active, reserve, and national guard personnel from across both the Air Force and Space Force.  

Per the Air Force Coaching Culture Working Group, the DAF desires to create “an organizational culture that understands, values, and uses formal and/or informal coaching as a means to enhance the development of Air and Space professionals in support of the DAF mission.”  This 15-week, 74-hour course will prepare cohorts of participant leaders to facilitate “Coaching Culture” training sessions for DAF military and civilian personnel. Further, this course will prepare participant leaders to seek and receive their International Coach Federation (ICF) certification via the ACSTH Path.  Finally, upon successful completion of this course, participant leaders will receive their ICF Mentor Coaching certification.  

When asked for a comment on this critical program’s launch, Dr. J.R. Flatter, Ph.D., ICF-PCC, who will serve as the program’s primary instructor stated, “My team and I could not be more excited to participate in the design, build, and delivery of this amazing course.  We have worked for over a year, in close partnership with our Government clients, getting fully ready for this exciting launch.  I am highly confident the results will be truly magical and transformational for the participating students – and they will then carry that magic to the entire DAF.”

Flatter awarded a 5-year Prime Contract to provide Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Services for the FAA Office of Acquisition and Business Services (ACQ)

Flatter was recently awarded a prime contract in support of FAA ACQ. This 5-year single-award IDIQ offers a broad range of training, mentoring, and coaching services including:

Flatter Awarded 3-Year Follow-On Contract in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Airman Development and Applied Research Support Program

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) was recently awarded a 3-year follow-on contract in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Airman Development and Applied Research Support program. Under this contract, Flatter will continue supporting the USAF with Adjunct Contract Professors (ACPs), subject matter experts, and researchers with unique knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide subject matter expertise leading to the improvement of the Air Force. The cadre of ACPs contributes to the development of Airmen by participating in formal instruction, curriculum development, research, outreach, coaching, mentoring, and lessons learned functions.

Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) recently won a single-award $39,559,613.00 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Air Force Senior Leadership Development Program (AFSLDP). This contract offers a full range of technical, functional and managerial expertise to support the continual development, enhancement, sustainment and facilitation of the AFSLDP by providing analysis, subject matter expertise, guidance and support to the Force Development and Senior Leadership training offerings.

• U.S. Coast Guard National Security Cutter (NSC) Logistics Analyst Support Services: Flatter provides programmatic and logistics acquisition support services to assist the USCG APO Baltimore in ensuring that configuration and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) artifacts are available in a timely manner to the Coast Guard’s Mission.

This SEAPORT-E follow-on contract vehicle has a ten-year period of performance, with a potential value of $5 billion per year or $50 billion over the contract for all Seaport NxG awardees, to provide Engineering, Financial Management and Program Support.
