• Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Navy Security Net
  - Worked with NCIS subject matter experts to guide the engineering of the nodal architecture of an Oracle database backend and Cold Fusion frontend to support the Navy Security Net (NSN) project in both classified and unclassified network environments. This included hardware and software specifications development, cost benefit analyses, purchasing, receipt, installation, and operations and maintenance. Full spectrum support included helpdesk support, coordination with the Network Operations Center, as well as Continuity of Operations (COOP), failover, performance optimization, load balancing, and information assurance (IA) considerations.
   
• Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Workforce Shaping
  - Architected the SQL Server database backend and Cold Fusion front end to enable secure and capable development, testing, and implementation environments.
   
• The Free Lance Star
  - Conducted an IA audit that identified architectural and security and architectural improvements, which helped that organization realize more robust and secure network operations.
