STAFFORD, VA, June 3, 2009 – Flatter & Associates, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Stafford, VA, announced today they have been awarded a Time and Material (T&M) task order on their GSA MOBIS Schedule to provide support of the Coast Guard’s Nationwide Automatic Identification System (NAIS) Project Resident Office (PRO) in Newport News, VA. Under this task’s five-year period of performance, Flatter & Associates will provide program management, system engineering, technical support, acquisition and contract management support, risk management, and configuration management support, configuration management plan update, maintenance, and administrative support. The maximum ceiling dollar value for this task order is $4.5 million.

Announces the Award of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TS - Thursday, April 23, 2009Flatter & Associates to Provide Information Technology (IT) Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Support to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
STAFFORD, VA, April 20, 2009 – Flatter and Associates, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), announced today they have won a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V). Under this contract, Flatter will perform test, validation, verification, and evaluation solutions to ensure that TSA’s IT systems, products, and services not only meet DHS standards, but are also performing to defined design, cost, schedule, and performance specifications and capabilities. Flatter & Associates’ highly valued teaming partners on this contract are Bearing Point and Integrity Consulting. The contract order award is for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The maximum ceiling dollar value for this contract award is $30.4 million.
