F&A provides all full-time employees with an attractive benefits package that is competitive and comprehensive in scope. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the benefits on the first day of the month following the date of hire. Our package is reviewed, modified, and enhanced annually, in our continuous effort to take great care of our employees. This package has facilitated our corporate goal of recruiting and retaining the most qualified personnel. Medical/Dental Insurance: Flatter & Associates currently offers fully subsidized health and dental coverage to regular full-time employees who routinely work at least 30 hours per week. We consider this one of the most important and valuable benefits offered to our personnel.

Group Life Insurance: We currently offer fully subsidized participation in the company-sponsored life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance program to all permanent full-time employees.

Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD): Fully subsidized participation in our company-sponsored STD and LTD income replacement program is available to all permanent full-time employees.

401(k): Flatter & Associates encourages our Associates to plan for their financial future, so we assist them by currently offering a 401(k) plan and 5% company match.

Vacation Leave: F&A encourages everyone to take time away from work to rest, relax, and pursue special interests. All full-time F&A employees accrue vacation each pay period on the sliding progressive schedule below.

Personal/Sick leave: All of our full-time employees earn six (6) paid personal days per year, to be used for such things as doctor's visits, sick leave, religious observance, and relocation. Personal days are accrued at the rate of 2.00 hours semi-monthly.

Military Reserve Leave: Military leave is available to full-time employees participating in reserve duty. A maximum of two weeks (80) hours of paid military leave will be granted per year.

Holidays: F&A offers eleven (11) paid holidays per year aligned with the schedule of holidays observed by the Federal Government. Additionally, each employee receives a paid day off to commemorate his or her birthday.

Mont Blanc Award: F&A presents this quarterly award to the Associate who most clearly exceeds our standard of excellence. F&A Senior Leadership Team nominates candidates and our Executive Board selects the recipients. This award recognizes the Associate who has performed at a noteworthy level in maximizing service to our Partner-Clients, our organization, or our community.

Professional Development, Memberships and Certifications/Licensures Policy: F&A encourages and supports employee participation in professional development activities such as seminars and workshops, membership in professional associations or societies, and certification or licensure in an employee's area of expertise. F&A reimburses 100% of the cost for approved activities.

Training/Education: Flatter & Associates supports employees who wish to continue their education as a means to earn increased responsibility and grow in their professional careers. Accordingly, F&A reimburses tuition expenses that are incurred through approved institutions of learning and that offer growth in an area related to the Associate's position. We reimburse 100% of the tuition costs, up to an annual maximum of $5,200.

Legal Services and financial planning: Flatter & Associates sponsors the Pre-paid legal membership services which are available for purchase along with identity theft shield.
