Dr. J.R. Flatter co-founded Flatter & Associates, Inc. (F&A) with his Wife Alicia Flores-Flatter in January 2002 -- about five months after 9/11. J.R. has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since that time. Alicia also oversees Flatter & Associates in her position as chairwoman of the board.

Flatter & Associates started business with a single 90-day contract at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. They now have a diverse portfolio of Partner-Clients across their four business units and continue to grow in both size and revenue.
